Six farms, named on the wrapper.
Every bar comes from one place and says so. Hover a pin, or a card, to see what we buy there, when it is picked and what it tastes like.

How we buy
We pay the farm directly, above the commodity price, for beans fermented and dried the way we ask. Two harvests a year, each roasted separately, so the same origin can taste different in spring and in autumn. That is not a flaw; it is the point.
