How returns work
Chocolate is food, so we cannot resell what comes back. We refund anyway. If a bar arrived damaged, bloomed or melted, or a box was not what you ordered, write to us within fourteen days with a photo and the order number. We refund or replace within two working days; no need to send anything back.
Gift boxes with a handwritten card are made for the person named on it, so they cannot be exchanged for a different occasion once packed. Everything else can.
