We keep your name, address and email to deliver what you ordered and to answer when you write. We keep the card message so we can reprint it if a box is replaced. We do not sell or share any of it, and we do not buy data about you.
Analytics run only if you accept them on the banner, and they are anonymous. The tasting letter is sent only to people who subscribed, and every letter has an unsubscribe link that works on the first click.
